 What is it?

 An environmentally conscious way to care for your hair by refilling your existing vessels and reducing plastic waste.

To reward you for helping us with our environmental goals, we offer 10% off to clients using our refilling service. 

How does it work? 

Step 1: Bring your empty bottles to the salon.

Step 2:  Select your chosen products/talk to our expert team for a recommendation

Step 3: Leave it with us – we will either refill these for you during your appointment if you are in for an appointment or send you on way, refill your products for same day collection or deliver them back to you free of charge.

What are the prices? 

Our refilling service is priced based on the RRP and volume of the retail versions of your chosen product.  You will then receive a 10% discount off that price.  

Can I use any bottle?

We accept any bottles originally purchased from us as well as any unbranded bottles.

Are all of your products available for refilling?

Most of our in salon shampoo, conditioners and masks are available for refilling services.  If you have any questions or specific requirements chat to one of our expert team. 

What is the turnaround time on my refilling?

Refilled products will be couriered out the morning of the next salon business day or alternatively we offer same day if you wish to collect it from the salon.
